In close proximity to the Sigiriya, Minneriya and Kawudulla National Parks, and the Cultural Triangle, the city of Dambulla is perfectly located to give visitors ample opportunity to see and experience the surroundings. Dambulla is also just an hour's drive from Kandy, and is a convenient stopover on the way to Habarana and Matale, where there is plenty to see and do too.
